Egyptian Chai
Ingredients:
Green cardamom
Cloves
Mint
Sage
Egyptian Black tea
1 serving
1 ½ cups of water
1 teaspoon of Rose Chai mix
1 cup of 2% or whole milk or oat milk
2 tablespoons of sugar (agave, brown sugar, or honey)
Directions:
Combine water and spices in a saucepan over high heat then bring to a boil
Add sweetener of choice after water comes to a boil
Simmer on medium heat for 4 minutes
Increase heat to high and add milk of choice, then bring to a boil
Simmer over low heat for 3 more minutes
Strain tea through a fine sieve and pour into cups
